Survey of Track at Railway Electrification & Double-double Tracking of Java main Line
This project is part of Indonesia’s national strategic program to enhance the capacity and efficiency of mass transportation in Java, particularly along the Bekasi–Cikarang section.
Through the Alignment Survey of Track, precise measurement and adjustment of both existing and planned railway tracks were performed to support the electrification and double-double track construction. The activity plays a crucial role in ensuring track geometry accuracy, operational safety, and compliance with national railway technical standards.
Tigenco’s Role and Scope of Work
In this project, PT. Tigenco Graha Persada was responsible for conducting alignment and topographic surveys using terrestrial GNSS RTK, Total Station, and high-precision levelling methods.
The data collected included horizontal and vertical control, longitudinal and cross-sectional profiles, and existing rail elevation data. All datasets were geospatially processed to generate alignment maps, elevation models, and technical recommendations for design and construction purposes.
Demonstrated Value and Expertise
By applying precision survey methodologies and strict data quality control, PT. Tigenco Graha Persada delivered added value through high geometric accuracy, efficient field operations in active rail environments, and technical support for design optimization.
The results of this project contribute significantly to the realization of a safe, efficient, and high-standard modern railway system along Java’s main line.
