Multi-Hazard Disaster Mapping of the NTB Region
This project was initiated by the Regional Government of Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) to enhance disaster preparedness and mitigation against potential natural hazards such as earthquakes, landslides, floods, and tsunamis.
Through Multi-Hazard Mapping activities, thematic maps were produced to depict vulnerability and risk levels across the region, serving as a foundation for spatial planning, development policies, and effective disaster response strategies.
Tigenco’s Role and Scope of Work
In this project, PT. Tigenco Graha Persada carried out topographic surveying, geospatial data collection, and GIS-based spatial analysis to identify disaster-prone zones throughout NTB.
Tigenco’s team also integrated field data with satellite imagery and digital elevation models to produce accurate and informative multi-hazard maps that align with national disaster management standards.
